Privacy Policy
Short version: we only use what you send us to reply to you. We don't sell it. We don't feed it to marketing lists. We take the minimum information we need to do the work, and we don't keep what we don't need.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect what you type into it — your name, business name (if provided), email, phone number, business type, a description of what you'd like to automate, and how you heard about us. When you email or call us directly, we retain the content of that correspondence.
Our website uses standard server logs that record the IP address, browser type, and pages requested by visitors. These logs are retained for a short period for security and diagnostic purposes and are not linked back to individuals.
Why we collect it

- To meet legal, tax, and audit obligations.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent, or trade your contact information.
- We don't send marketing email unless you explicitly opt in.
- We don't share your data with third parties other than the service providers we need to run the business (email, hosting, CRM), and only to the extent necessary.
- We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don't turn into engagements are typically retained for up to 24 months so we can follow up if appropriate, then deleted. Engagement records are retained per the terms of our client agreement and applicable professional and tax record-keeping requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to: tell you what we have on file about you, correct inaccurate information, delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements), or stop contacting you. Email info@aiskyview.com with your request and we'll respond within a reasonable period.
Third-party services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google receives the IP address of visitors as part of serving those fonts. We do not load advertising or analytics cookies at this time. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated and the notice on the contact form will reflect it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide, including encrypted transit (HTTPS), access controls on our internal systems, and restricting who on our team can see submitted inquiries. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure; we'll tell you if there's ever a material incident affecting your data.
Kids
Our services are for businesses. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top and, for material changes, post a notice on the contact form. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
